Look What Your Dad Did Today!!!

He prepared your nursery! We're so excited about you. We will do our best to keep Pyewacket and Daisy Belle from sleeping there before your arrival.

It's just beautiful, we think. Only one thing could make it better! (That would be you...)

The Winnie t. Pooh stuff is very cute, but what's that hanging over the side of the cot? It looks like a little dress!

It's the diaper holder. But we're worried that the hook for it will scratch the wood finish, so we're using a lovely old tattered green washcloth for right now to put between the hook and the crib.

Aha. Silly question - new or used diapers?!

New. I'll have to post a picture of the Diaper Genie - in which we'll place used diapers - as soon as I get it.

Haha Diaper Genie!! I've heard of those... They turn diapers into snausages! :D

That's an amazing crib too, very nice!

Direct from our local AAFES furniture store!

Seriously!? Wow, I can't say I can remember seeing any cribs in there when I went to get a clip light. But some of that stuff seemed on the cheap side (quality wise) or either really overpriced that I saw.

Oh believe me, they certainly don't carry them up here in stock. But anything in the catalog, they'll order. And we were really impressed with the quality. The crib WAS on the expensive side, but it will turn into a toddler bed and then into a double bed. So $347 wasn't bad when you look at it as an 18 year investment.

Oh no, for something like that then, that's a great deal... Considering it had to get sent up to Alaska! :D

The furniture is just gorgeous!
